another paruroctonus boreus brood. this was the one I was expecting. unfortunately I likely wont be able to get pictures because this female is vary reclusive but the brood is at least twice the size of the other females brood :D.

another paruroctonus boreus brood. not even an hour after I last posted another female started to give birth. DSCN0793.JPG

the first brood has molted to second instar and is feeding. the brood size was 25 but one got stuck in its molt ad did not make it.

the second and third broods have molted into second instar. the second broods babies are a much bigger then the first broods

I collected this species from the Vantage area in Central WA. Neat little guys. Congrats!
