WAY old thread, but yes, that's what we're currently calling Homoeomma sp. "blue" (was often sold incorrectly as E. pulcherrimaklaasi).

It looks like the elusive blue phase A. seemani lol NOT REALLY
I think its close to Homeomma sp. "blue"...but as said before its just a pic.

OH DEAR LORD, I just looked at the ORIGINAL DATE lol . Some one had been digging up bones lol
