Hey!

Does anyone have any solid info about this species. Like if it it arboreal or terrestrial?

I have mine setup as a usual Avicularia/Caribena enclosure. More height and with some corkbark. But it mostly stays on the ground and not a webber at all like Avicularia or Caribena.

Here is a photo of the enclosure.

They're an arboreal species from the Aviculariinae subfamily so setup/care should be similar to other Avics. As for webbing, Avics don't really tend to web much until they're about to moult.

You need to add ventilation to the lid/top of the enclosure (I only see ventilation on two sides), the idea is that as warm airs escapes via the top it pulls in fresh air through the side holes lower down which prevents the air within the enclosure from becoming stagnant. You also want any plant cover to be positioned around the top of the bark.

It doesnt need the multiple pieces of cork bark and sticks and dried leaves, all that is taking up way too ground space with no room for it to actually hunt below and too many places for prey to hide, and you need the room for a good waterdish.

Use one piece of cork bark, like the one closest to the camera in the first photo, titled at a 45^ angle like that, and get fake plants such as fake leaves and clutter up the top 25% portion of the enclosure around the top of the piece of wood, and then add a water dish, I would at the base of the wood.
