It meens that geocities only allows a certain amount of data to be downloaded from your webspace within a period of time.So if they allow 50 megabytes, and your file is 1 megabyte and the time limit is 4 hours, if 50 people download that file within the 4 hour time period they wont allow anyone to access it.

I forgot to add, once the period is over, they will allow your site to be viewed again. I don't know how long geocities makes you wait though.Should be viewable again by later today or tonight.

I think it would be really interesting to shoot such a thing with those cameras that take pictures VERY quickly, you know the ones they use to shoot bullets etc.
