I have to agree with Bean. That looks to be an Augacephalus!!

As to whether it is breyerii or junodi, I will need some up close shots of the carapace and pedapalp (mostly underside).

It does look like a Baboon. And almost has the same markinsg as OBT. YEs a Stougleg is a Baboon Species, a more docile baboon species!!!
