Most likely most of these will die in this communal set up and you will end up with one tarantula who is very plump and the others dead. And that substrate looks extremely moist, like wet. This who situation really does not look good for their well being all around.
I recommend you separate them into their own enclosures.

Please separate them out into their own enclosures. I know communals are exciting, but tarantulas much prefer solitary living.
