Bee-pollen is what you're looking for, I think. Because they eat mainly bees and hover flies who carry pollen, most Dutch keepers feed them the stuff. You can use honey too, but it needs to be the unfiltered stuff and you have probably better luck finding the pollen. You can mist a feeder, put it in a bag or tub with the pollen and shake it a little. Or just wet an end of a toothpick, dip it in, and hold it in front of the mantis. They love the stuff, but when smaller they can be little scaredy cats so offering by toothpick won't always workOrchid mantis owners - do you dust prey with honey powder or anything?
