Wow nice collection!
Id say one more arboreal would balance things nicely. Maybe another Pokie.
Good luck with your decision!

OK here's what to do.

Dump the rosey and A. avic, that gives you 3 to get.

Noticeably missing from your collection are:

A. geniculata
C. cyaneopubescens
H. maculata

Some other noteables are:

P. ornata
T. gigas
C. fimbriatus

Note there was no comment on how many scorps lol.

B. jacksoni
P. imperator
C. vitattus
A. australis

The list goes on and on.

make it a good one a like one of the following

Heteroscodra maculata

Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens

Avicularia purpurea

Pamphobeteus nigricolor (i guess the males look best dunno only seen pictures)

Poecilotheria metallica

Xenesthis (just about any)

maybe sell a couple of the common ones then you could get more :p

That is nice.... I was just curious how you sex a 1 inch Avic? In terms of your question I would say that everyone needs a nice female A. geniculata..

I'd say any one of the following:

P. subfusca
G. pulchra
C. cyaneopubescens
P. cambridgei

If I were only limited to 20, I too would probably dump the G. rosea and A. avicularia which leaves room to get more not so ubiquitous things.

hummm... Just me but I would trade off about 75% of your collection and go for, Blondi, Robustum, G. Pulcra, apophsis (sp). Metallica (not a favorite, but pretty), Mesamalus, brockulhursti, B. auritum (sp), a few others, its late, my spellings off, and I'm half intoxicated but I think you get the picture.

There she is, enjoying her first meal.

i would say a T.blondi too

if you have that many you must know what you are doing so blondi will be no problem and will be the monster of your collection :)

Try to get a male of one of your above species that will be easiest to breed (like the P murinus) and breed them so you can have babies...She never said anything about "20 T's including eggs with legs" lol....

Get a male for one of your females... then let it 'accidentally' wander into the female's cage.:liar:

You need either a Tapinauchenius, or Pamphobeteous.

I'd choose between Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens, Theraphosa blondi and Heteroscodra maculata, but I'd go with the H. maculata without doubts!!

if your Citharischius crawshayi is anything like my friends i would sell that too....unless you like having a pet empty tank with a hole in for 99.9% of the time lol

Well a lot of you guys said Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens I have had my eye on one of those of for some time might go with one of them. I already have a Lasiodora parahybana and thats close in size of T.blondi and I have herd from lots of pepole that the T.blondi dies easy and their not the cheapest of tarantulas so I would like to hold that tarantula I also though of a nice 3 inch poecilotheria metallica but might have to save up a little on those unless one of you guys can give me good deal :D. Well keep the posts comeing I would love to hear any ideas

Thanks,

You have a nice, varied collection. I would go with either an H. maculata, if you like fast and arboreal, or the GBB for pure color and beauty.
