Hi, I am a arthropod enthusiast and will be going on vacation to Australia (Sydney) at the end of January next year.
As you know, Australia has many unique and diverse spiders, scorpions and centipedes, so I would like to observe them.
Since I do not live in Australia, I plan to find them, observe them, take pictures of them and then release them.
Of course, I have no intention of taking the creatures out of Australia.
Can simply 'collecting' them be subject to legal regulations?
I think collecting them in national parks would be undesirable, but collecting them in other areas (urban parks or forests) is allowed?
If anyone knows anything about this, I'll wait for your reply.
