She looks about 6", so I think she is? I don't have any experience breeding pamphos.
She's still molting once every 3.5 months though! Maybe she'll slow down now that she's getting pretty large.

This is the fastest tarantula I've ever seen. I'm extremely glad it stopped running once it hit the substrate.
