Im not concerned but i noticed my young herpyllus ecclesiasticus is very light colored, almost tan, but every one i have ever seen is black and dark grey. Is there a reason or is this common? Ill take more photos in a bit

Any chance it is fairly recently molted and the color is still developing? They're fun to keep, enjoy!

She molted once since i have had her (i actually dont know the gender), but its been over 2 weeks, its just the color of the spider but i find it very pretty since i have never seen that! It eats normal and is very friendly, and it never runs from me while i open the enclosure or move something, very cool species!
