Odd Beetle Color

I have a darkling beetle colony, and there’s currently 4 beetles in it. I watched each of them turn into beetles, and then turn black as their exoskeleton hardened after about 24-48 hours. I have one, however, that has brown for over a week. Is it just taking a longer time to harden, or is it just a different color?
(Not sure if it’s relevant or not, but this beetle is also notably larger than the others)

The beetle may I have another color morph or is still hardening, it shouldn't be anything bad.

Finally got it! Sorry it’s grainy, SOMEONE wouldn’t stop moving so my camera had a hard time focusing. xD
