OBT Bite?

Have you not made any research? If you are a beginner, why did you get this type of tarantula???? Why do you we tell beginner not to get this speicies until they are more experienced

What a ridiculous reply. He was bitten and you come to talk about begginers mistakes. How many experienced keepers did the same when they were new to the hobby. There is a lack of humility to a lot of people. Instead of being a smart.. why dont you give a good advice. Hope you get better man

Yes, beginner mistake is one thing, getting an OBT as a beginner is another. How many of us has time and time around told begenners, "Do NOT get an Obt if you are a beginner" 5 minuters of research and one founds tons of post regarding this
Of course i hope the guy gets better!

also @dinodude glad you’re doing well. Mistakes happen, don’t worry about it. You sound like you know how to properly care for your T’s. No ones perfect. Which brings me to my next point

Unbelievable idiocy but what struck me was that obt did not want to bite, it took a bit of provoking to get it to do so. It tried to get away until it got backed into a corner.

Wish YouTube could translate this. But even though I couldn't understand what was being said, I did get the jist of "Aaaarrrghhh!! Ow Ow Ow! Gaaargh!!!" You could see he was instantly experiencing mind blowing agony. It appears he went through this to receive the t as his "prize". Poor spider!
