O ornatus question

One of my millipedes showed up this morning after being underground for weeks. It's bottom half is much fatter than the top half. I saw it drink and now it's hanging out by the heat which I see them do a lot. Should I be concerned about the bottom half?

Nah, it should be fine. That could just be food or water passing through. If it seems to be acting normally I wouldn't worry about it.
