I have a beardie. He's horribly tame. I only have a baby photo. I'll post one of his adult form when I have my pc back.

I don't like dragons much, I can't wait to sell him. He's so tame. He isn't a predator. He's a door mat. I used to have a monitor. I will have to get one once I'm rid of Sephiq.

Ah a bearded, forget I asked in another thread. Anyway, bearded got such nice temperaments, thats what makes them special. Esp. do well with visitors and kids. Try setting lose some crickets or whatnot in his enclosure, you will unleash the hunter in him.

Darlin' I've kept this wee fella long enough to know he's just a puppy. I've set lose all kinds of feeders in his cage. he will jump about a foot to get a locust but he munches. Chomps. Nibbles. He's too cute to be awesome. I'm not fond of cute. Not any more anyway thanks to him.

A monitor... now that's a predator. I had one and watching it hunt was such a pleasure. It redefines slaughter.
A dragon is like a chihuahua or a king charles spaniel. A monitor is like a rottweiler or a feral huskey. It's big mean and demonic lookin' and when kept correctly a joy to watch.

Well to each his own I guess. I got 2 monitors for the last 10 years, I sold it, I mean I understand what you mean. I guess I like the dragon cuz they are rare here, and monitors, well, I caught one(around 2' snout to tail) at a mall's parking lot! Its too common.
