Hello, I have a 1 and a half year old Brazilian white knee tarantula that molted almost 2 months ago. I checked the molt and it seemed to have been a perfect molt however, it’s not eating. Just kicking hairs and crawling away from any food. No food responses at all! Any ideas?

What else do you know about this T?

You haven’t told us any helpful info really.

I suggest you read the millions of posts just like yours first, then come back with specific questions

yeah, I’ve left a Dubai roach and a grasshopper in separate times for about 2/3 days each and they don’t get touched…
Hmmmm...... Did the fangs moult?
What size is the spider in DLS?
It does look well, it's not too skinny or that so it's I wouldn't be worried just yet, does it have access to a water dish?

rough estimate about 6-6.5 inches dls, I wasn’t able to check sex in last molt as it was destroyed but yes there is easy access to water that get changed frequently.

The fangs did molt! That was the most satisfying part to see on the molt

Looks a bit "leggy". Could you see any tibial hooks? If you see these, it means it's a mature male. MM's do not eat often.

Agree with above, sorry was on way home from work there. It could be a mature male at that size.
TBH all looks well ATM and a T that size going for a year without eating isn't uncommon, so don't worry. Try as above, check for tibial hooks and look for bulbous pedipalps. If you are unsure try and get some close photos of the pedipalps and the underside of the front 2 legs, we are here to help.

I have had a look and think I can see a little black hook on the pedipalps which also do seem to be oddly bulbous… I will try get a better picture when it’s in a better position
