If they do show up in the hobby I imagine getting the right setup for them might be a problem, considering their high altitude environment.

Perhaps not, as many of these tarantulas seem to be resilient and adapt to different environments. From my understanding Haplocosmia himalayana was also found at high elevation and my/others are doing just fine in captivity.

I wouldn't say infinite but I would feel alright wagering there are many, many more that have not been found yet.

Yay! A cold hardy species!

Under the heading "Surviving Up High":
"That said, Raven is astounded that tarantulas are surviving at such elevations, where low oxygen levels and freezing temperatures—particularly at night, when the spiders hunt—characterize a rather unlikely habitat for the spiders.
"“Tarantulas in Australia are limited by the average daily winter temperature, which is well above anything these spiders handle regularly,” Raven says."
