Yes she was a great dog. I really miss her. I had her for 14 years.
I had her put down about 6 weeks ago.
She was old and couldn't walk or stand anymore.
I had the vet come to the house to do it. I held her, so she could die in my arms. I truly love that girl. And she loved me...
As tears start to flow...
Its taken me this long to talk about it.
I'm just happy she was mine. What a wonderful Pup...

Hey ernie, i agree boxers are the best....I had a pit awhile back when i was younger, my mom and dad made me get rid of him because they where having a new baby and they didnt want the dog to snap one day if the kid went into his food dish or something cuz there is alot of storys about that, they based that dicision of storys they have heard in the paper etc...and a bad experience my mom had with a pissed off pit.

she was walking down the street with her friend and i was probably a year old if that and at the time we where living in a bad area of phoenix southside and people had lots of pits and rotts boxers etc. to pretect there house and stuff, well there walking down the street and see a pit lying on the sidewalk they went accross the street to aviod it next thing they know they see the dog coming right at them pissed as hell for no reason, my mom took me put me in the stroller with her friends son and they take off, she started praying(sorry if that offends anyone) and shes trying to fight this dog of with a stroller like pushing him away and then all the sudden alittle pamaranion comes running out of someones house and the dog stopped messing with my mom and runs and ripped it to shreads, so after that my mom has alwayz been scared to death of them iv been around them alot in my life and storsy i hear about them make me kinda nervous, but as long as the owner is good dosent beat it, and its around alot of people all the time and its not inbred then there should be no problem, pits that attack people or go crazy are usually from bad owners great looking dog by the way...Does it have blue eyes thats so cool, in the phoenix area last year chows bit more people then any other dog if that makes you feel any better about it, i wouldnt worry about it though.
