looks pretty good to me. Avics usually build their own silken retreats. yeah handling is just something that doesnt need to be done and puts your spider at risk, IMO. tarantulas also dont like to be handled.

To put in the new housing, I have a large pop sick stick i try to get her to walk on to move her and sometimes she gets frisky and starts walking on me. Also I like the excitement of over coming my fear of spiders its helped me alot and i know handling is one of those iffy subjects on here
It's not that. It's about transfer & re-house/s "how to". If, for re-housing T's, someone is forced to handle them, then that someone doesn't know the "how to" in the first place.
Sounds logic to handle a 0.1 'OBT' or a fast as light, Stromatopelma calceatum for a re-house, instead of a catch cup and a pierce of cardboard?
Doesn't matter if someone possess 'made of steel' manly parts or just he/she doesn't care, with handling there's always a nice % of risk (escape, injury, death) for the Theraphosidae.
