I contacted them after you expressed your doubts, questioning them, as can be seen in the first post beneath the article. I got a reply fairly fast, and they later on included a picture, the one @KezyGLA uploaded. There are mentions of several scientists and fieldworkers.

I even got some flack for expressing doubts, people saying i must be blind to not see it. The page moderator removed those nasty posts fortunately.

We have still to see if this will breed like rabbit. I guess a couple of yeas and a few hundered quid later we will find out. Ahaha
