New Addition!

Ok so in my thread "Its not an Avic its a Pinktoe" I told you about the exotic reptile LPS and my run in there. Well tonight I went in to see if they had feeder mice in yet (they didnt have enough when I was in last time.) Well it turns out they are going out of business as of a week today, they had big sale/going out of business signs everywhere.

All the T's were gone excpet my little Avic friend from the last time, and while I had no intention of supporting them before, I could not stop myself tonight. Knowing that they are closing for good and wouldnt be replacing he/she made me feel better buying the cute little fuzzy guy. I got him/her for $20 (including enclosure etc) and have since rehoused him so he can be arboreal.

"Cricket" as I have named the new addition (seemed fitting, as we also have a cat named Mouse lol) is about 3 inches (maybe a tad bit bigger.) Will try to post some pics later.

LOL I know, and now Im in love with my T's!! Although I must admit, true spiders do freak me out a little still! The 3 I must have now are a smithi, versi and GBB and after those guys I want a vagans.

LOL I know, I will get on as soon as I get the other 3 first, mostly just $ wise. My son has autism so most of our extra $goes to his therapy. Im slowly saving for each of the ones I want I will get a vagans though definately.

I was quite impressed too. Regularly they were asking $45 for her (without enclosure etc) but they were getting desperate as only a week til they close for good.
