Need quick mantis advice - newbie

I could only get an example of my fat conspurcata. They have very slender abdomens so it’s hard to tell at a young age.

Thanks everyone for the advice! A little update: I'll probably hang on to him/her for a bit longer and release as an adult, and he just had a successful molt last night! I'm giving him some more time to chill in case he still needs to harden, is the molt something that he will eat or should/can I remove it? Thanks!
