Need help on ID and Sexing

As I have mentioned on another thread my wife gave me a few Ts for valentines....one is apparently a L.parahybana but the seller was not sure....I took some pictures to confirm the ID and maybe figure out its gender....any help would be greatly appreciated....thanks!

That looks like an LP. It appears to be a male but that angle isnt very good.
