I have a small colony in a communal setup but I'm more into t'sI'll have them soon but IDK when I'll have them available.
I agree, Gyna would probably be your best bet. The nymphs are voracious. What smaller roach species does like to eat the eggs, and the more exotic looking the better
IDK yet but I'll make a post when I have them.I agree, Gyna would probably be your best bet. The nymphs are voracious.
@The Odd Pet that's pretty cool, I didn't know G. gloriosa was becoming available in the hobby. How does the care stack up with other Gyna?
Well I started out with old world arboreal. No point getting a "beginner" species if it's a stepping stone to what you really want! .... in my opinionI really want a T but my girl won't let me. I'm still going to get one. I just haven't found one I want for a beginner yet.

Yes that can but it really depends on the species if they will much if at all.but can they climb, because the terrarium has bark and wood placed like a staircase up to where the sticks are
will Gyna caffrorum because i dont want them knocking off the sticksYes that can but it really depends on the species if they will much if at all.
I can't say. I don't have that species yet. Hopefully I will soon. If they are like Gyna lurida "yellow" then yes.will Gyna caffrorum because i dont want them knocking off the sticks
Adults can climb very well, both on the sticks/bark and smooth surfaces. They're pretty lightweight though, so unless they're trying to fly around I don't see them doing too much to the sticks.but can they climb, because the terrarium has bark and wood placed like a staircase up to where the sticks are
I totally agree.Adults can climb very well, both on the sticks/bark and smooth surfaces. They're pretty lightweight though, so unless they're trying to fly around I don't see them doing too much to the sticks.
