Thanks so muchI've never seen someone take such good care of and put so much dedication into their turtles. Props to you!
Awesome! I miss my aquatics. Had to rehome them when we moved across the country. Now im down to a baby EBT. How ya been?So it has taken 4 years, but I am finally in a position to bring my turtles back from my parents place (in Winnipeg) to where I live (Ottawa).
I am super pumped because I just purchased a 120 gallon tank (60x18x24 inches) for them - a nice upgrade from the 70 gallon they are currently in! Also going to be upgrading the filtration from the Fluval 405 and AquaClear 110 to a Fluval FX5 (rated for tanks up to 400gal!)
I will be posting picks in the next couple of weeks as the tank arrives and I begin to set everything up!
In Colorado now. LOVING the small town feel.here is the new tank! 120 gallons... The turtles and I are on our way home tomorrow. I can't wait to put them in there! I will post more pictures as I finish up the tank with lights , rocks, plants etc.
All is well here where did you end up moving to?

Could be new tank syndrome xpI made these the other day... Just waiting for the silicone to dry. Hopefully they will stand up to beating they will take from the turtles!
Also need to add more carbon to the filter or something. My filter is rated for 400 gallons (fluval fx6) but my water is already looking cloudy.
