If just molted you should remove that mealworm ASAP. They will need time to harden up to be safe and able to eat or it will become meal for the mealworm. May need a better pic of said "lump" as it is difficult to tell from your current pic but looks like could be some moisture from molt.

Remove worm now. When time to offer food, smash worm's head and offer it again. With the cyst, feed less and keep water available.
