unfortunately the eggsc is lost. They need nutrition from the mother. No way to continue their development.

That’s just what it said on the website that I bought her on, underground reptiles. Also, what temp should I keep her enclosure at? It’s around 75 during the day but can get down to 65 during the night. Is that bad? Should I get a heat pad to get her at 75 24/7?
Yeah, Underground Reptiles are notorious for shipping out poorly cared for and sick animals, from what I've seen with a quick review search on several different review sites and forums. Misidentified animals seem to go along with poor care and general bad service in the exotic pet trade, these people survive by having the lowest prices in the industry and lots of song and dance on their websites to draw in new keepers. Backwater Reptiles and several other vendors have the same reputation, these people are uncomfortably common in the hobby. Experienced keepers know to stay away and stick to breeders and vendors that care about the animals and sell quality animals under the correct name, but with that quality there's an increased price, and the advertisement takes a back seat to taking care of the animals so new people usually don't notice them at the start.

This absolutely wasn't your fault, you were had by professional scam artists who make a living selling badly abused animals in poor condition to people like you, who just want to get into the hobby and start out with a single affordable animal. Stuff like this really makes me mad, because you really seem to want to set your animal up right and give it the best care possible, and these people have set you up to have a really bad introduction to the hobby that could dissuade someone who hadn't gotten in contact with us to find out that it was the vendor's fault from ever getting another invert. Please, get in contact with a reputable invert vendor (I'm in Canada, so I'm not super familiar with US vendors, but I've heard OK things about insectsales.com and Ken the Bug Guy, you can also find vendors in the classifieds section here) and get yourself an animal that isn't going to drop dead on you through no fault of your own. This is a really great hobby full of really wonderful people who'll explain to you in great detail exactly how to care for your animals.
