... I have offered her pinkies several times in the past and she would have nothing to do with them. I bought 2 for my curly and orange bottle blue, they love 'em. I gave one to the GBB and thought hell I'll give it a shot and put the other in with the T.blondi and she pounced on it like a cat on a ... well mouse! Cool, now I have to buy 3 pinkies! That's less crickets I have to put up with! Seems like my T's are growing up!

Any pros or cons to a pinkie only diet?

The only possible problems that I can see with a vertebrate only diet are:

There's nothing like a pinky to fatten up a T. If you're only feeding pinkies, your T is probably going to get overweight quick. Problems with obesity in T's can include:
  • Sores on the abdomen from it rubbing against substrate
  • Increased chance of your T's abdomen rupturing in a fall
  • Possible molting complications

Another possible problem is that I doubt that there is a single T out there that subsists on strictly pinkies. By limiting your T to only one type of prey item, you may be neglecting areas of it's diet that would give it nutrients needed to develop properly.

Other than that, I can't think of any problems with it :)
