There are a couple of possible reasons that I can think of:
1) Your spider just isn't hungry or interested in food at the moment, in which case you can try feeding them again in a couple of days. If they approached the worm it could have just been out of curiosity. Worms probably move a little different than crickets and they just wanted to know what was there.
2) It's also very likely that your spiders just simply don't like worms. Some tarantulas can be picky eaters. If this is the case there is really nothing you can do. Don't try anything drastic like attempt to starve your tarantula in order to force it to eat a worm. If they don't like it, they don't like it!
I suggest that you try the worm again in a couple of days and see what happens. If they repeatedly don't accept it, then you might just have a tarantula that doesn't think worms taste good.
If you want to try a different kind of food for your tarantulas because crickets are loud and nasty, I have heard that a lot of people use roaches as feeders. I, however, have no experience with this and would not be able to offer advice.
Just out of curiosity, what kind of worms are you trying to feed them? That might also make a difference.

if the noise is the only reason you dont want to feed crickets, just get younger crickets. the ones that are like 5-6 weeks old make noise cuz they are ready to mate. just get younger crickets and feed 2 if you have to.
