I got a new Pink Toed Tarantula and I noticed that she has been sticking to the ground quite a bit. She has plants to climb on and good ventilation. If anybody can help that would be appreciated.

Could be for many reasons. How long have you had it? They take a little while to acclimate and create their retreats. They also sometimes can't climb glass as well when about to molt.
We need photos of your setup and more information, please.

Likely still settling in, but as others have said, photos of the enclosure will help rule out any potential husbandry issues.

I have one that I rehoused a few months ago and it did the same thing - hanging out in a bottom corner even though there was plenty of good hiding spots for it higher in the enclosure. After a couple weeks, it eventually ended up building a web tube right in that lower corner and molted inside it. After the molt, it continued to expand that tube upwards and now it has a web "staircase" along the back wall that it travels up and down in...

If there are only ventilation holes towards the top, it needs them at the substrate level, too.
If you post a pic, folks here can give you more input.

My versicolor lives on the floor, I moved him into his adult viv he lived on the floor for 2 months moulted, then built a tunnel behind one of the 3 barks he has then after his recent moult he has moved bk to his original floor web. Arboreal t's especially avics and versi in my experience are daft, they do alsorts of strange stuff including making floor webs, falling asleep on the glass and sliding down it, and flinging themselves from the ceiling for no apparent reason except its the quicker way to the floor. They are strange little creatures.
I wouldn't worry your spood knows what it's doing. Give your floofer time, make sure they have plenty ventilation, hides and access to water and they will settle eventually 😊. Patients.

Can't see the bottom....looks like one of those bugariums.....They have top only ventilation and because of this, they're death traps for avics.

Or is that an Exo? Does it have a door that opens on the front? If it does that’s good, if not, that’s not proper ventilation. The air won’t move from bottom out the top and will get dank and stagnant.
Also, that’s not a heat lamp on the top, right? If so, that needs to go, too.

Decor is good, enclosure is not. I don't see a water dish in there, either... Avics die from dehydration and poor ventilation, so you need to correct this ASAP.

I didn’t take a picture of the full tank but there are air holes on the sides of the tank.

There are air hole’s on the sides of the tanks I just couldn’t get a picture. There is a water dish in the back of the enclosure, but I will continue looking into more proper ventilation. :)

If this is an enclosure with a front-opening door that has the vents underneath, then that's fine - it's what I keep many of my Avics in. You still need to make sure you don't over-saturate the substrate with water, though - even in well ventilated enclosures, too much moisture can lead to problems. Dry substrate with a full water dish is all that Avics need as far as moisture/humidity are concerned. It sounds like your setup is fine, so I think it's just a matter of being patient. How long have you had the T in this enclosure?
