There may be some strange parts in the document because it is translated.

My Acanthophrynus coronatus leg came off

Unlike normal, the legs didn't break off, but instead rotted and fell apart.

Is it some kind of illness? If so, should I get any treatment?
It's moving fast and looks healthy,

The leg that was removed. Cross section of the leg. Overall view. A photo of her house.

Maybe broke it or got it stuck somewhere so it was detached. Will grow back fine after the next few molts though
If the leg was not properly cut off, would this happen? This is the only female Acanthophrynus coronatus I have, so I hope she recovers.

Yes.

The leg could have been damaged and thus it was dropped. Limb loss in amblypygi isn't a big deal as long as it does not affect molting stability. I find they are quite quick to autonomomize limbs, especially if they are young. My ambly have lost many a limb to a stray human hair in their enclosures 😂

Yes many wild caught individuals come in with a leg or whip missing. They easily regrow them regardless of the point of detachment with no problems regularly.
