how do you setup your mealworms culture?

I was wondering if anyone have any creative idea on how to setup a good mealworm culture?

Bran/oats/dog food/chicken mash all ground up on the bottom + an egg crate + mealworms. I'm one of those people who separates out the pupae too; once they eclose as adults I put them back in with the worms. Feed 2-3 times a week on thin slices of whatever I have around. Kept at room temp with no lid on; keep it at higher temps and you'll get quicker growth but you'll need to feed them moisture items more often.
