My first-ever arachnid (a Vinegarone!...Advice?)

Nice Vinegarone. It's hard to tell whether or not its male or female. I think they're sexed similar to scorpions.

I've always found vinegaroons in burrows they've dug out under rocks or logs. If something is provided on the surface for them to burrow under, the substrate needn't support a burrow by itself.

I put a wooden hide in half buried, it was excavated overnight and can be lifted to check up on him/her without wrecking the burrow :)

showed my wife a pick of one... think i might have to start looking into getting her one... she was "Aaaawww that's cute, in a creepy crawly kinda way"

I'm content to just observe most inverts but I may try to get mine used to handling, if only so it doesn't freak out like it does every time I fix something in the tank.
