Thanks alot everyone for your answers. You've been really helpfull,
i have new spiderlife soil in her captivity now and shes doing great i made sure i filled up by around 3 and a half inchs and there is nowhere she can fall and hurt herself. thanks for all your help she is doing great she isnt hurt at all.

What's spiderlife soil?

And do you mean that you have 3 and a half inches of substrate total? Or...?
