I picked up chilobrachys natanicharum sling 4cm legspan (dealer said it's confirmed female) on Terraplaza expo in Budapest, got her home on february 26, she ate twice since that day and started refusing food on march 3 so I presumed she was in premolt, I kept substrate moist but not damp, dropped her water with a pipette on the web every 2-3 days, ventilation was good with many holes on side and top of the enclosure, and 16 days later, this morning I found her death curled in the corner of enclosure.
Right now I'm so pissed off because I wanted that tarantula for a long time, and it is not available in my country, I had to look for it in another country on expo, I paid for it not so cheap and now boom out of the blue she is dead, I'm beating myself up whole day that im bad keeper, but rest of my ts, both adults and slings are fine and thriving, I apologize for the long text, but I had to vent and cooldown somewhere
