My Avi avi molted

this is my first molting experiance, and my T is mid sized sling, approx 2.5 inches i'd guess. Anyway, the molt is in her web den. what should i do, get it out and damage the den, remove all the web and let her start over. it's been a few days.

would let her alone to complete her hardening up before I did anything. at least a week
