My Attacus atlas eggs are turning greenish. Does this mean that they are about to hach ?

My Attacus atlas eggs are turning greenish. Does this mean that they are about to hatch ?
Also black dots appeared are these the headcapsules of the catterpilars?
This is my first time rearing exotic Moths, so if anyone has had erperience with these any information is helpful.
