My A. versicolor Died!!!

I keep all sorts of Ts and the only ones I have a hard time with are Avics. I've had 3 Avic avics die along with an A metallica. I believe I am doing everything correctly. They just seem to be a little more fragile at young ages. I think they're just super sensitive to their surroundings and should be left alone more than other Ts.

I would NOT recommend Lampropelma violaceopes (Singapore blues) either; people have a LOT of trouble keeping them alive, too.

Thanks everyone.. I am very upset about this I have been wanting an A versicolor since I found out about them.. I think they are one of the best looking avics IMO.. I came home from my vacation and my mother had been watching them.. She said she looked in on them yesterday and it was fine.. Today she looked in right before she came and got me and said it was not looking to good.. So I desided I am going to leave the little one in the ICU for a few days and hope for the best! Thanks again everyone!!

Well, now I've joined the ranks of dead avics...

Had my last 2 A.versicolors die about a week apart from each other. I think it might have been from too high a humidity but I'm not sure.

Why does it have to be the pretty ones I want to keep! Avics and Lampropelma Violaceopes!! :wall: :evil:
