One of his back legs seems to have mycosis. You can't do anything once the infection has started, but keep an eye out to make sure it doesn't spread, which will be visible as black spots on the exoskeleton, most commonly the legs and pectines. If he molts, he will lose the mycosis with it, but if he's an adult he won't molt again.
As far as hunting goes, he just doesn't seem interested. I'm sure he will eat if he's really hungry.
Also could be stress. Removing the hides might stress him, which might also make him uninterested in food. Just leave him to chill in his hide put the cricket in front of the entrance.
Also best to keep this species in a clay-like substrate so that they can burrow, thus creating their own hides and tunnels.
