Mushu has moved house

I moved him to a bigger enclosure so he can have more places to dig. Hopefully soon he will be joined by 2 death feigning beetles next week.
Of course.. I now have an empty small enclosure… I may get another little friend lol

You mean, in the same enclosure? Something tells me those beetles won't just be feigning death.

I thought they could go in with desert scorpions I found out about them through Google when I was doing extra research

I stand corrected. I quick search indicates that they can coexist.

That setup looks great, what did you go with for the substrate then?
Also what you gawna put in its old enclosure now, be a shame to see that empty lol

I used beardie life mixed desert substrate. Not sure what will go in the empty tank yet lol it would be something that stays small

I used to be terrified of scorps. I know I'm cured though... Seeing Mushu explore makes me happy. Thanks for giving him a good life

Lol I decided what I want lol… I’m sticking with the desert theme…but I decided not to go small. It will start small… Aphonopelma chalcodes .
lol this time last year I was petrified of arachnids, then I realised it wasn’t them I was afraid of, it was them coming out from unexpected places
