It is a 10x10x10 cube , it has a 5cm layer of substrate, it just doesn't look deep in the photo because of the angle and it's a đź’© camera
Still far too big, maybe when it gets to around 3cm that will be ideal, but for now a small deli cup is fine.

Lol this spider has a dramatic side... Two full days of looking near death and curling legs ... Then in the last hour it moulted...in some kind of begging position...
Congrats on the moult

Lol I really hope every moult isn't going to be so dramatic
its as dramatic as you want it to be.

i had a 1 inch b hamorii. Abdomen was dark as a grape. I added water and it moved quickly. It had a droplet on its abdomen.

i started to think i touched it or something. But i never did.

next thing i see, a black shiny line on abdomen. As if i had “cut” it. I could have freaked out. But i know i never touched it.

what was happening was real live time premolt: the skin split.

i did nothing. I knew i had to leave it alone. i didnt ask for help either, because i knew nothing would have changed a thing and i had to learn and assume my responsabilities.

It started molting not long after that.

so i could have made it dramatic. Nothing i couldve done, to remove my anxiety, would have helped the sling.

i did nothing and walked away.

and everything went well.

so its your choice. The more experience you get, the more you will learn bad things don’t happen as often. It seems like it does, because people come to AB in distress with problems, or illusions of problems.

which makes it seem like its problems all the time.

but its not. bad things CAN happen. Its not a commun occurance. When it is, its bad luck, bad dealer, or bad husbandry.
