I've seen a few YT vids of people getting new T's and a few (usually slings) actually moult while in their transport tubs.

Made me wonder if anyone ever recieved a T, opened the lid and found the T to be in the process of moulting?

I'm guessing you should just leave it in the tub until it's finished and then transfer to it's enclosure if this were to happen?

It is mostly slings that end up molting in transit, it's generally easier to spot premolt in a larger T and many vendors won't ship them until after they molt. I personally haven't had a T molt in the mail, but I did get a sling last week that molted a few hours after I rehoused it. And you are correct about leaving it alone until it's done, you moving it while its molting would only do more harm than good.

If it's molting leave it alone until hardens. I got a ceragogirus sling and she molted during transit. It took only two days from UK to Basque Country. When I opened the lid the she jumped from it like a lightning, she was very fast xD after that I noticed a tiny molt inside the cup.

I have not opened a package to find a sling mid-molt, but I have found very freshly molted slings. I just give them a few hours before gently rehousing them. If I found one mid-molt, I would just close the vial back up and wait.

It is not uncommon. I have had plenty moult in transit and they have been fine. A couple here and there that havent made it.

I sometimes think rehousing Ts pushes them to moult.

One of my Avicularia purpurea slings molted in transit and everyone knows  Avic slings are delicate. It has molted several times since with no problems.

My GBB moulted in transit, she was fine (although I had a mini heart attack when I opened the vial and found a curled up exuvia)

im not against rehousing Ts i want to molt to see if anything happens.
I might just dig up my B. albiceps at this rate lol

Yes. I just received a Curly Hair in the mail today and was so passed. I surly thought she was dead. I put her in her caged and turned the lights out. Went to check on her and she is fine. I have never had that happen before. Totally freaked.
