I can't recall if I've told about this before, (I don't think I have) but I'll risk repeating it anyway.
Great story and good to see you are still posting here.

Not close to 47 years but the below plant in my office started out as a small cutting 12 years ago. It has now spread all over my company as I give cuttings away. I’m close to needing to do it again.

Glad you found it interesting. Even if it was a re-run, DOH! Okay, to be honest, by the time I finished, I was starting to think that I had, but figured "Well, I already typed it, but after investing 30 minutes I might as well just go ahead and submit it in case I am wrong.

And yeah, I still pop in now and then, but usually just read.

In any case, I have a lot more plants now, the story I repeated (again, DOH!) sort of jump-started me, and I now have around fifty plants, not counting the "heirloom" pothos plus the couple of new pothos varieties I bought last year.

Nice spider plant, by the way. I particularly like how you have it shelved with pothos. That was one of mom's that I sort of neglected after a few years passed and eventually lost. I am sort of considering getting another, now.
