I got two Cyriopagopus hainanus specimens from the same sac and raised them from tiny slings. Specimen no.2 matured male. Specimen 1. molted one more time and didn't mature as a male. That means that it is probably female?

Molt dates:

Specimen 1:
6-13-2022
9-11-2022
1-29-2023
11-4-2023
5-14-2024
12-24-2024

Specimen 2:

8-26-2022
12-7-2022
11-5-2023
5-12-2024
4-3-2025 - matured male

No it doesn’t at all if I understand your question. It’s worded oddly to be honest.

No, unfortunately it's not that simple. For example, I had a trio of O. sp. Ho Chi Mihn sac mates a while ago. One died as a sling, one matured male after a handful of molts, and the other one molted 2 more times then also matured male. Disappointing...

No different T's will have different molting periods so you can't compare one to another and assume based off only molting dates. If you can get an intact molt off specimen one, it would be much easier and more guaranteed way to confirm.
