Mold issues in Lasiodora Cage

Last year I added more ventilation I’m still have a mold issues. I removed the second water dish a few months ago .
I’ve removed some of it

ditch the moss add more holes to lid and let the dirt dry out

Are you using springtails? A combo of springtails and a couple weeks of drying out has always cleared up any mold in my enclosures.

70/30 coco fiber and topsoil, I found even more mold so i rehoused it . coco from the seed shop was pretty bad…
temporary cage all dry.
. Might ditch the plastic flower pot but I’m not sure ?? It really doesn’t hide much but doesn’t burrow either.

Do you keep them in the basement? I forget. Maybe you need to run a dehumidifier

Scoop out the moldy areas, increase airflow. Be mindful not to over fill the water dish at this size your T will not need much moist sub.

I removed the moldy stuff shown in those pics above.

Do you think the Flower pot is too big? I’m considering replacing it with bark Or a McDonald’s cup with end cut off. easy to remove if the t doesn’t use it .

I'd crack open the backside of that pot, so it can burrow freely.

Holes in the lid are good, they help with evaporation. As for cross ventilation and air movement, that requires holes on the sides placed strategically, and actual movement of air in the room.
