Are you using springtails? A combo of springtails and a couple weeks of drying out has always cleared up any mold in my enclosures.

Springtails and No Overflowing the Waterbowl for a while.

Curious, what Mix of Substrate is that?
70/30 coco fiber and topsoil, I found even more mold so i rehoused it . coco from the seed shop was pretty bad… IMG_7796.jpeg IMG_7795.jpeg IMG_7797.jpeg
temporary cage all dry.
IMG_7800.jpeg . Might ditch the plastic flower pot but I’m not sure 🤔?? It really doesn’t hide much but doesn’t burrow either.

Do you keep them in the basement? I forget. Maybe you need to run a dehumidifier

Scoop out the moldy areas, increase airflow. Be mindful not to over fill the water dish at this size your T will not need much moist sub.

Holes in the lid are good, they help with evaporation. As for cross ventilation and air movement, that requires holes on the sides placed strategically, and actual movement of air in the room.
