Millipede with a tail (identification)

I need some help with the identification of this millipede. Purchased as Archispirostreptus gigas, but that's obviously not correct. It's 10-12 cm long (roughly 4"), and with a distinct caudal projection pointing slightly downwards.

Any help is much appreciated

It's not my millipede, so I don't know how much it was. Pretty pede though

Narceus americanus is found throughout 2/3rds of the USA, not just Florida. Narceus does not have a telson spike. When you make a wild, unsupported identification guess consider adding in a word like "possibly" or add a ? to the end.
