Millipede Observation Light Question From A New Owner

Hello, I've started looking for a light to observe my millipedes at night, but I'm kinda confused about what kind of light I should use...

My millipedes are wild catch from the wild, and I live in Quebec;
Therefore, I doubt any of these "night heating bulb" (in the reptile section of my pet shop) are a good idea... Especially with the heat mat I just bought (winter is coming, so I wanted to be sure the terrarium stays at the good temperature).

Also, there are normal, blue, red and "black" lights available...
Is it only a matter of preferences, or is there any benefit to have one or another?

I'm considering getting this thing here https://www.entirelypets.com/exo-te...mui=f:1248:305781354:0T.zcyBa6p1HdrI@Xiy4QaG1 and wondered what bulb should I use to go with it... can anyone help me with this?

Here is a photo of my terrarium (and non-installed-yet heat mat XD - I'm gonna put it on the outter side soon) in case you need it. Thanks for your time!

Millipedes as I recall are nocturnal, and thus they are discouraged by most lights. However, they, as most arthropods are, are incapable of seeing red light, so a free light bulb is what I would go with.
