Millepede dead

I just lifted up some leaves in my C. Spinigerus enclosure to see if i could see my girl walking around, and i found her dead. I only had her since the end of October and i feel so bad. She was just running around, eating and being out for the past few weeks, and then disappeared around a week ago. I blew on her and she didnt move, and i poked her, still nothing, and she is brownish and not purple anymore. I dont know if i did something or if she just died, but i feel horrible either way. My family liked her and i loved her too. I dont know why she died. Love you Trolli.

No i dont know. Im in minnesota and i bought her in the cities. I wouldnt have a clue if they have wild caught ones there sorry
