My gbb molted yesterday, cant wait to get some pics once it hardens up. Hes probably close to 2" now. I caught him at the tail end of it before he uncurled:

C. meridionalis munching on a roach. I love the Ceratogyrus genus and can't wait to add more!

H. mac exploring the top of her cage:

My versi and obt molted. I'll try and get some pics of them. The obt is due for a rehousing, that should be fun haha O.O

Got some more pics

H. lividium. You can just about see it at the very bottom of the hole. Its my only haplo and fossorial species. I'm still not sure how i feel about them still...

B. boehmei. Has been refusing food so i'm hoping to see another molt soon.

I rehoused my obt and wanted to experiment. This enclosure has no substrate in it. I dumped all those wood chunks in there and put that piece of corkbark in there and let her loose. Within a week she was settled in and had webbed it up like this. Very cool to see how easy it is for them to adapt.

My irminia munching on a roach. This girl is always out in the open, i like her.

Time to dust this thread off with some new pics. Better late than never haha.

0.1 Cyriopagopus sp "Bach Ma"

0.0.1 Poecilotheria metallica freshly molted. Tried looking at the vent and molt. I'm leaning towards male based on what I see there. The spider was about ~3.5in and is now ~4.25in post molt. No hooks to look for but the palps don't look big and the colors are not dulled out like the usual MM pokies I see. I know the metallica don't get as large as other pokies but I suppose it's entirely possible they mature out male larger than this. Was patiently waiting for this molt but I am still left unsure, part of the fun of keeping them I suppose haha

Psalmopeous victori , starting to be able to see green on the abdomen. Really cool coloration

Phormingochilus rufus that normally runs and hides in it's burrow when I go to open the lid to feed. I accidentally dropped the roach into the burrow instead of on top where it was. The roach was burrowing up into the moss from below. The spider waited on top trying to figure out where it was and eventually ripped a hole in the web to pluck it out. Reminded me of seeing videos of foxes hunting rabbits/mice below the snow and diving through it to get them. Was so cool to see in action and I'm loving these adult colors!

Ceratogyrus sanderi. At one point I had thought this sling died cuz it wasn't coming up to get the pre killed prey I was leaving on top for it. Figured it couldnt be molting for that long. I dug around where I thought it's burrow was and couldn't find a body. Set the container on the top shelf and let it be for a week or two just in case. Pulled it back down again eventually and saw a new much better looking burrow on the other side of the enclosure. In the weeks I'd left it the substrate had dried out quite a bit. Ever since then this spider has been out and about more. It built another burrow and webbed up the water dish. So now i just add a little bit in the opposite corner or on the webbing. It made sure I knew it didnt care for the way I was doing things before lol. I'm really glad I didn't dump the enclosure assuming it was dead!
