i use small plastic vials for slings under 1". see if you have any empty medicine pill vials you can use.

When I got one from petco, which I shouldn't have done but I couldn't help myself, I just filled the container with eco earth and made a starter burrow in the corner. I wet one side only. My spider is a B.vagans. I've had it since may, and it's been doing really well this way. It made a huge burrow and is molted a few times. I never use water dishes on smaller slings. That's how I keep them. Thought I would add my thoughts.
